NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT!  Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month a Senior Black Belt / Bodan Class will be held from 8:00 - 9:00 pm.  This is for Black & Poom Belt students age 15 and older.  Age exceptions are by permission only.

Every 2nd & 4th Friday of the month, a Junior Black Belt / Bodan Class will be held in place of the regular Demo Team Class from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.  This is for Black & Poom Belt students age 14 and under.

Demo Team Class will take place on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month.

Please note that Saturdays are our special events days and classes are more likely to change on Saturdays.  In the event of any questions, please call the school at 845-355-4462.
