Cardio-Kickboxing is the perfect combination of aerobic and resistance training providing optimal health and fitness results! Based on authentic kickboxing techniques, cardio-kickboxing incorporates stretches, cardio warm up and a series of repetitive punches, hand strikes and kicks to create a fun and beneficial work out. For beginners through advanced - have fun while getting in shape!
EVERY MONDAY & WEDNESDAY AT 5:00 PM!
Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday's from 5:00 - 6:00 pm.
There is no registration fee and no contract is required. Classes are $10 each and purchased in blocks of 8.
Dress in comfortable work-out clothes. Please note: No shoes are permitted on the mat. Slipper socks or yoga socks WITH GRIPS must be worn!
Instructor: Jim Simpson
Jim Simpson is certified by the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) and the International Fitness Association (IFA) in personal training, aerobics and sports nutrition. He is an associate member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). He is also certified by the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Jim has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the USDA's Center for Nutrition Policy and has devoloped several successful nutritional formulas for both men and women which are currently on the market.
